At By Rhoades LLC, By Rhoades Supplements your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help—with clear, fair guidelines.
 

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be in their original packaging

• Products must be unused and sealed

• A valid proof of purchase is required
   

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been opened or used, due to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at byrhoades@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product).
 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
